Hip Hop Yoga
Hip Hop Yoga is a yoga exercise paired with hip-hop music. It tends to be a little faster paced than regular yoga, incorporating a little groove to your stretching. Join Queen Am as she leads you in this fun, modern class!
Belly Dance Fitness
Learning and studying the art of Middle Eastern dance since she was 10 years old, Taghreed grew up around belly dance and performed in various school activites growing up. She never stopped dancing and when she moved to the Quad Cities in 1989, she started to instruct belly dance in various locations like the Moline, Bettendorf and North YMCA, Next Level Fitness and then lastly started teaching at Quad City Motion Dance Company. Now, she and her daughter own Quad City Motion Dance Company and continue to teach many dance and fitness classes. Taghreed also studied Latin dance in the Quad Cities and traveled to Spain to learn more! She infuses her workout classes with these moves!

Pound fit is a combination cardio and weight training exercise approach that includes come of the rhythmic techniques used in Pilates.
Jano Fitness is bringing it to our studio and is one of the very few certified in this exercise. Jano is also certified in Zumba as well, incorporating it in her combo class. Excited to have her on board!
Sudan Abdur-Rahman has been a Kizomba dance instructor for nearly two years. He is also a bachata instructor He was also a part of the MUVELO Salsa and Bachata dance team with his first performance at the UVA salsa festival. With the desire of building a strong Latin dance community in the Quad City area, Sudan brings you an amazing social dance experience offering Bachata and Kizomba classes at our studio.
Polices and Requirements for Classes:
Late Pickup: Must pick up your child as soon as the class time is over. If late, you will pay a late fee for the instructors staying later than they are suppose to. If it's an emergency, please let us know.
Payment: Payment for class must be made before class and cannot be made after.
Sessions: Sessions are non-refundable, even if you miss a class. The whole session is one payment and it is up to the dancer on how they use it.
Each student attending class will have to purchase their own props, if used. No props will be given to borrow in class.
Kids must be well behaved in class and not distracting others.
